A64 OC Memory question

i am currently running my A64 at 250FSB 1:1 with corsair XMS3200XL @ 2.5-3-3-10-1T
i have the option of getting some OCZ VX memory and running them @ 250FSB 2-2-2-10-1T
would getting the OCZ with those tight timings make it a worthwhile upgrade
i can sell my Corsair for around £150 and the OCZ VX would cost me £190 so i am losing around £40 in the whole deal
