PCI-E or AGP?

I have an MSI K8N Neo2 with a 3500+ 130nm. It's not bad for overclocking. Others can reach 250x4 HTT with it, but my 130nm CPU holds me back. Asus A8V is also pretty good, but I'd stick with an nVidia chipset.
