I'm planning on building a system soon and had some questions specific to my build.

A64 Win 3200+ 2.0ghz
DFI nf4 (not sure on ultra on sli yet)
Corsair 512x2 3200 value select
CPU Fan - Zalman or the Thermalright xp-90 w/ fan (artice silver 5 thermal grease)

First, after reading Zebo's post about memory, I figured I wanted to get this stick:

I plan to go overclock somewhere between 280-290HT x 9 and using a memory divider. My question is, will that "value" ram have any issues being used as dual channel memory?

As for the CPU hsf, I plan to get either the Zalman:

or the Thermalright xp-90 with another fan:

First, would the Zalman fit the DFI nf4 motherboard? I've read reports where its quite difficult to fit in some boards. Secondly, which do you think is better solution for reaching the speeds I want to achieve? Anyone with experience in a similar setup testify? Any other HSF recommendations?

Thanks!

Any two sticks of matched RAM should run fine in dual channel, and often it will work if they aren't as well.

If you get a Zalman 7000, get the much lighter AlCu version. The all-copper one is heavy and puts considerable stress on the motherboard. Both should carry the chip to 2.6GHz like you wanted, though.

That is the larger 7700, which has a 120mm fan instead of a 90mm. It would have more issues fitting on some boards, so you should probably check before getting a large cooler like that or the XP-120. 7000s typically don't have too many issues.
