Alright I can hit 2.4ghz stock voltage stable. With mem at 166 3 3 3 8 HTT x4

I get 2.5ghz 1.5volt mem 2.7volt 166 3 3 3 8 stable

question is

is that to much voltage or do you guys think it will be ok like that? I have a Big Typhoon hs with a 2800rpm fan on it temp full load runs arround 40-45c. Also is it worth the risk for the extra 100mhz?

That's a less than 10% increase so it is very acceptable especially with a Big Typhoon, and as long as your temperatures stay in check I would say to go 1.525 and see what you can get from there.

well i can hit 2.55ghz @ 1.5v I will try 1.525-1.55 and hit 2.6 or more and see what happens.

2.6ghz @ 1.5-.575 voltage varies I am using the % increases on my MSI K8N NEO-F mem voltage at 2.70 and nforce up to .10 volt .. but error out in about 1 minute on PRIME95. I belive its a memory issue but I cant drop it to 133 and set 260x10 htt4 and post.

I dont know if I should break 1.6v on core of cpu?

No. I wouldn't run above 1.5. I don't see any gain on my 3200 above 1.45 volts.

The general consensus is to not go above 1.55 volts on the Venice.
