A64 3000+ winchester OC

If I want to OC to 290fsb X 9 = 2.6Ghz at Vcore 1.52 and Vdimm 2.8, what do I set the HT mulitplier to? The default value is 5X.

if i was running my a64 3000+ at stock it would barraly compare to xp2400... which is about 60$ cheaper??

In what? If you're talking about games, the a64 3000+ can make the xp3200+ look bad.
