Most know that Aureal's in a bit of trouble at the moment... but how many of you users have A3d?
I wonder how large the numbers are compared to EAX... i for one have the MX300 so A3d is for me!

A3D is very cool. Great stuff, but unfortunately, I'll be pulling out my mx300 in a few minutes to replace it with an sb live.

Win2k is just not cool with the mx300.

sadly. gonna keep the mx300 around though, in case driver support picks up again.

I love my Aureal sound card (MX 300). A3D 2.0 is better than EAX 3.0 but they're comparable. Aureal is in trouble and unless I see them continue to update the reference drivers I'll eventually move to SoundBlaster land again. I'm gonna really miss the hardware eq. 🙁

All Diammond here: MX300 (vortex 2), M80(vortex 1), and Impact S90 (vortex 1) All have worked great with aureal reference drivers. Hope that A3D survives and continues to develop.

i am very happy with my diamond card. too bad about their difficulties. If I had to buy a new sound card today, I still wouldn't hesitate getting an A3D card.

Just purchased an Aureal Vortex 2 real cheap.

Haven't installed it yet, but I'm assuming that the drivers on the CD may not be the most recent.

The Aureal site is still AWOL, but I believe someone previously posted a link to another site that has the most recent drivers.

I'd appreciate it if you would post it again.
