I stand corrected, there was a price cut at least from when I bought my processor. A huge price cut of $40 :/, at least for the 6800K

Well they just lowered the 6900k to $699 so maybe not such a great deal after all even at 250 EUR.


I will grant you that it would be a functional and powerful mainboard for a server or gaming build for the next year or two, but a "good deal"? I think not.
