A teenager stole my cellphone Sunday night

My old phone has been reactivated since. The good news is I have a list of phone numbers that the guy called. He talked to a 13 year old chick for an hour (I called the number and got the mother), called some chick in Iowa (wtf) that he had met in a chatroom (she talked divulged some info too) and got sent some texts to a person who I "scared" when I was talking to them trying to get info of the thief and won't answer my calls anymore.

I want the kid to learn a lesson and give me my phone back (giving my phone back not being the only lesson, community service or something of that sort fits the bill).
