A tad bit of an error

Ok heres the deal. I was messing around with Dr TCPip and somehow have mandaged to halve my max download speed. Im on a 56k line and before my speed was 4-5kbps and now it cant seem to get above 2.5. The connected speed is reported @ 45kbps but i just happen to have that feeling that i did something wrong
