A small metal object inside my chassis.

Hello! No idea where this was from, please help. Apparently I have removed it using a compressed air duster.

I really don't know what to think about it, my computer case is a middle tower made by Cooler Master, my motherboard is a AM3 model by MSI, VGA card by Sapphire...

Not sure what it is but I'll tell you what it kinda looks like part of or all of the retention clip that holds the CMOS battery in place, check that first, after that good luck! And be very careful with those cans of compressed air.

A pin from a connector of some type? Could you take another high-res pic with something beside it to show the scale of the object? A narrow steel 6 inch, or 150mm scale would be good.

The "small metal", are you referring to the two fork like extensions? If so could the material be solder used to attach the pin (as Bubba suggester) to the mobo? It may just be an extra pin left there during the manufacturing process and jarred loose by the compressed air. If you are not having any issues with the computer then you are probably not missing any pins that need to be in place. If you could lay a coin or something down next to it to give us some size perspective it would help.

Haha I loled when I saw that pic. It is the contact from the inside of a socket header. Maybe a usb header, maybe an IDE cable, who knows.

Check ANYTHING that plugs into any header with these types of pins:
