^ That and keeping a copy yourself and selling it are the big hurdles. But you can burn a copy of a CD and sell it as well.

This will not work unless they find some way to sell the mp3 files initially or check to see if they came from a legit source. In addition they would have to create some sort of copy protection that would not allow you to copy the mp3 files from your hard drive and onto another.. I think this has so many loopholes the lawyers are going to have trouble keeping this one open.
