A simple question about internet connection sharing

I'm running 2 pcs, one is a Win98 machine the other is on Win2k

The Win2k machine is connected to a cable modem, on that machine I have a nic card labeled hub and the other card is labeled cable modem

The hub card has ICS enabled and with this card I'm able to see my Win98 machine in Network N-hood

On my Win98 machine I'm able to see the Win2k machine

Ok so here's the problem I'm having, even though both machines can see each other I can't browse the net on the Win98 machine even though ICS is enabled

any clues?

no ideas here .. you might want to try the networking forum .. that's where all the networking gurus hang out.
