8800GTS will fit p180 perfect.
(IF (I referred to if; don't want to get flamed) --for a GTX) you will need to remove the middle drive cage; then remove the top hard drive (if you have hd there).

I have a GTX and a P180; for GTS it will be fine since it is way shorter than the GTX.

I have the 8800GTS in a P180 WITH 2 hard drives in the middle cage and it JUST fits. The power cable for the video card sits in between the 2 drives.

Thanks again guys,

My 4 pin connector had to reach the connector on the Asus P5B-5 way at the top, It barely reached it and it had to cross above the video card. This is not the same 4 pin as in 24+4 pin power connector.

All my HDs are at the bottom. I did put a fan at the middle cage.

If you happen to have Antec Power Supply; contact Antec support they'll send you a cable extension. I had the same issue with 8-pin aux power plug. I couldn't find extension cable anywhere to buy so I contact Antec support if I could buy one and they offer to send me the cable for free.
I think they have to make one from scratch because it took them more than 1 month (after 1 month I thought Antec support was being BS...LOL).

If you use the optional fan clip to hold your fan; I don't know. But you can mount the fan further up.

You can buy an extension for the connector. I had to do the same for my Gigabyte DS3 with the Antec P180.
