see, heres what turns a lot of people off to evangelism. its the specificity- the whole divinity of jesus thing, and the bible as verbatim fact thing, and the died for our sins thing- theres nothing spiritual about that unless youre already pretty christian. if youre really looking to convert people, work on their spiritual side first, try to help them see god for themselves- god in an abstract, pleasant idea form. then you can go ahead and try your specific sect of christianity on them.

that said, im pretty much a confirmed atheist. good luck converting me.
