Dear se7enty7:

Congratulations on your recent winning bid for 2779380213, INFOCUS X1 DLP PROJECTOR HDTV BRAND NEW. Your seller, digital-ear, has contacted eBay for their auction credit and let us know that you?ve both decided to forgo the transaction.

If this is correct, do nothing and enjoy your time on eBay. However, if this is not correct (you have received the item and intend to keep it), please let us know by writing to safeharbor@ebay.com and include "Not Correct" in the subject line of your email.

Thanks for your assistance.

Regards,

eBay SafeHarbor Team

Jacob:

Positive feedback is not a problem. I usually wait until buyer do so first.
I also report to ebay that we both agree to cancel the auction. No harm to you.

Thanks.

Wait, when did se7enty7 say he wanted to forgo the transaction? I say get in touch with eBay, force him to do something, and then after he gives you a positive, leave him a negative. He assumed that you didnt want the projector.

They never really wanted the projector....they were hoping this guy would just roll over and send two....but in reality it was just a bluff and I think a protective act for the seller more than someone looking to exploit the idiot.

Now they are pussyfooting around, it's so stupid....a kitten is less passive. However someone is obviously scared of a negative in retaliation.

They are going to agree to 'mutually' end this....how quaint.

the guy is a dumbass for letting someone else host a vital part of his auction. you should at least send him a letter telling him so. it'll be your good deed for the day.

I agree, the OP's pic is a copyrighted work and even though anybody can see it, no one has a right to claim it as his/her own without the OP's express consent.

If I was Wilbur Wright and made an airplane, sure I demonstrate it in air shows but no one can say that that was his/hers and not mine. Not if it's my airplane.
