c'mon, man, he deserves a neutral at least. No one READS positive ebay feedback. Neutral doesn't hurt, but gets READ.
No he doesn't. No one deserves a neutral for copying someone else's picture. I don't even know why you people care so much. People steal my auction descriptions all the time and I could care less. So he stole a frigging picture, big deal. The amount of time saved doing this rather than taking your own picture and uploading is probably well worth it.
You mean he deserves a positive feedback? What did he do to deserve a positive feedback? A neutral feedback is not a bad thing, it is neutral. That is what is appropriate in an auction where no money or merchandise was exchanged. He can't leave NO feedback because he wants to let people know that this guy is stealing other people's bandwidth. Bandwidth is not free, you know.
And your last sentence is nothing short of idiotic.

Blah blah blah....whatever, I don't see stealing bandwidth as wrong and never will no matter what you say. A neutral feedback is completely pointless for something as pointless as copying a damn picture. A feedback is by nature TRANSACTION related. Stealing bandwidth has nothing to do with the transaction. If he handled the transaction professionally and refunded your money or never took your money in the first place, then there is absolutely no reason to leave him a neutral as nothing negative happened to you in the first place. Especially if you made the bid with the intention to see what would happen or just to f*ck with the guy. Either no feedback or positive...anything else is just bein a jackass.
You know there is a difference between swiping a picture and actually linking to it directly on your site, right? You must think it would be OK for your neighbor to run a power cord from your house over to his to run a few appliances off your electric, tooBlah blah blah....whatever, I don't see stealing bandwidth as wrong and never will no matter what you say. It also wasn't this guys picture, description, OR bandwidth. It's wrong. I'm not really expecting him to send me 2 for 1, but I don't want someone else to get burned over it.

looks like he is using Amazon's pic of the item for his current auctions. I don't think they will be changing it, though, lol.
