I went to the Indians and Yankees game as the company I'm working with at the moment had a box available. After the game several of us went to a club, and when we got there several of the Yankees were right behind us: Gary Sheffield, A Rod, and Bernie Williams were there.

Realizing who they were I didn't make a scene or anything, but I did say hello. We partied in our respective areas for a few hours and then left.

Maybe you don't care, but it was more interesting than my normal Tuesday.

Did they all go to the restroom at the same time?

Nothing more than your proverbial "What's up" that guys would say to one another in a club. We were in our own areas for a little while and simply gave a head nod when we left.

They seemed approachable enough that I'm sure they wouldn't have minded if we slightly encroached on their territory, but I'm sure everyone tries to do that so we just gave them space.

Why would Yankee's fans be interested in this? I'm sure professional athletes go out to clubs quite often. I've even run into a few.

Act exactly like that a couple more time and they'll respect you so much more than the typical fan that goes insane. You may end up with tickets.

the other night i was at a bar, sort of a lounge bar mostly full of 40+ers, and Kirby Puckett sang "its a wonderful life" with the house cover band twice in a row
