For some reason the music and images don't synch up properly the first time through, but the second time through everything should work fine....unless you've got a crappy computer
It's about 6.5 megs.. I'm probably going to run out of bandwidth so if anyone can host it, please PM me.
GT, I don't think a traditional film camera would work in that situation. Wouldn't that much radition basically ruin any film?Originally posted by: GTaudiophile
I have always been intrigued by the event. It is all very creepy. Too bad peronsal video cameras weren't around at the time, as it would have been cool to see all these events documented they occured. Where are the vids of the robots that went into the reactor core?

Taken from the http://www.uic.com.au link:
"The Chernobyl accident in 1986 was the result of a flawed reactor design that was operated with inadequately trained personnel and without proper regard for safety."
This is only true in the part of inadequately trained personnel. There are a lot of nuclear power plants using the same "flawed soviet reactor design" which are working quite nicely and pass safety inspections by foreign observers with no issues.
Zoologists also brought two American Bisons, but idea to breed them didn't work out and bison male run away. I don't know, if he run from radiation or from his bride, but last time bison has been seen in Belorusia, he heading west and may be he just decided to return to America.
