It's copyrighted if he wrote and published it. Since it's on the web, it's considered "published."

Re: Grammar checking. I only made the distinction because without the letters "ED" at the end, it means something very different.

Im confused here. Written word on the web is considered published which in turn makes it copyrighted? Do you have any links to back that up because I would like to learn more about that.
