A year-long investigation by the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT) has found that scores of known radical Islamists made hundreds of visits to the Obama White House, meeting with top administration officials.

Court documents and other records have identified many of these visitors as belonging to groups serving as fronts for the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas and other Islamic militant organizations.

I guess this could explain why Obama does not like to use the term terrorism, he does not want to insult his house guests.

Between the drone strikes and the Bin Laden raid Obama's desire to kill terrorists is fairly well documented and overarching. If he's inviting terrorists to the White House I can only assume it's so that he can hunt them for sport.

Maybe his administration is trying to use GASP diplomacy and talk to people for once? If for whatever reason I became POTUS within the first week I would be aboard AF1 going to Iran, Syria, North Korea, etc for face to face diplomacy interactions.

It could very well not amount to anything but it is most certainly better than do as we say or we will kill you approach.

Sad that many on the right see diplomacy only through the sight of a barrel.

That would heads of state meeting with heads of state, not heads of state meeting with members and affiliates of known terrorists organizations, big difference.

It depends on the purpose of their visit. It is stupid to never negotiate with terrorists. Publically, it is smart to say so, put under the radar it must be done at times.

Bush met with a lot of these same people. Unfortunately there really aren't any Muslim groups without significant ties to Islamist if not actual terrorist groups.

Perhaps a better answer would be to simply treat Muslims like everyone else. Then we don't need to deal with Muslim leadership/representation groups

I'm not sure that the word diplomacy is in the right wing dictionary. Seems logical that a meeting to confirm that there are consequences for certain policies and actions, and benefits for others. Any potential player on the international stage needs to know what the stakes and boundaries are.

I noticed he was banned, is it a permaban or vacation?

If it says 'banned' under the username it is a perma-ban. A temp ban will still show normal member status but will not display an avatar if the user has one.

Looks like he got a perma-ban, though I'm not sure for what.
It's a start, knock a few more of the trolls out of here and this might be a nicer place to post.

If you wish to control/guide your enemies; one needs to understand them.

And by understanding them and learning what makes them tick, there is a chance that they hostility may be able to be dropped a little.

Democrats keep a collection of insane supporters in the shed behind the barn.

Every once in a while they let them out around election time. P&N is a case in point :p

I stated that the OP in insane. He believes that Obama supports terrorists claiming that terrorists visit the White House in droves and that Obama therefore never uses the word terrorists.

Now you claim that democrats keep a collection of insane supporters in a shed behind the barn. You are just as insane.

Ha, that made me laugh even more than the premise of this thread. Nice!

They were probably showing up to rat others out. Point us in a direction of who to kill while giving those that are viewed as more moderate a pass for giving up the information. I highly doubt it's anything more than that.
