a quiet fan for P4 3.0Ghz

The factory heatsink and fan make more noise than rocket at lift-off. I just got Antec Sonata case and I forgot to connect CPU fan first tiem it booted, the PC barely made any noise whatsoever. What's a good and reliable and QUIET fan & heatsink combo I can get? I doubt I will ever OC the CPU, so the extra cooling is not a problem. Please post suggestions. Thanks

SLK900U + 92mm Panaflo L1A. At 12 volts that'll keep your CPU plenty cool and it's real quiet. At 8 volts (where I run mine) it's damn-near silent and my CPU tops out at 60°C under 2xPrime95 load with ambient temps in the high 80°F range. Idle temps run in the high 30°C range under the same ambient conditions.

yep, 20db at 1300RPM adjustable up to 25 dbm at 2400 RPM. Even at full tilt it's pretty quiet.
