Yes, there is no special software required to download the games, and Amazon will just download the dump it into your computer. Just copy that folder and you can install it in any system you like.

IIRC, these require origin now.. and since I have no experience using that.. maybe someone else can chime in.

If it's like the other games I've downloaded from Amazon, you'll download an installer. Download the installer files from amazon, then copy them over to your other computer and then actually install it.

Edit:

Really? So you're saying that EA went back and retro-actively made their older games require Origin? That's lame if true. (I own both the ME games on Steam, so I wouldn't know)

They don't require Origin, but the keys for the games can be activated on Origin.

I like how Amazon has the $37.99 list price at the top, but if you scroll to the middle you see that you can buy Mass Effect 1 and 2 for $5.99 and $8.99, respectively.

Oh, I see. My bad then.

That would have meant EA invented a time machine and I know that's not true because if that was the case we would live in a 1984-esque world were everyone is happy to buy re-skinned versions of last year's crappy games for 2 months worth of work...maybe they did invent a time machine.

Also, I wrote a mini paragraph without commas, just like that.

It doesn't really matter on what PC you install Mass Effect, as long as it meets the minimum system requirements. You only need a valid key to play the game, it's not that the key is connected to the first pc you install it on. You don't have to revoke rights like with Mass Effect before de-installing.
