Oh for Pete's sake... (just who is Pete, anyway?)

Can we just assume from now on that ALL posts having anything whatsoever to do with a women need pics? Perhaps we can have JIVE setup to post "pics?" after any post with the word woman in it, or anything close to it:

"girl"
"woman"
"women"
"chick"
"gal"
"babe"
etc...

:p

<< If I add pics, will you answer my question? >>

Oh, right, you asked a question...

Umm, I personally don't see virgin's as much of a challenge... Since I'm 25, almost none of the women I'm interested in seeing had been a virgin for at least several years, and most likely has 3 or more partners under her belt... I don't want to hear about them ever 5 seconds, but I don't mind that she has...

Perhaps this is just a fantasy for younger guys? (how can you be much younger than me?)

The problem with someone who is near my age and hasn't had sex yet is she is inexperienced... This is fine, I won't reject a girl because of this, but it is rare... What is nice about someone who has had experience is that they are less afraid to ask for what they want, tell you what they like, stuff like that... I've found the quickest way to get what I want in bed is to make her happy, somehow she figures the rest out. :D

The other part is respect... Unrelated to your comment, but it belongs here... If you're 15, 25, or 55, always respect a women, some of them are a pain, some of them don't deserve your attention, but remember they are not called the "fairer sex" for nothing... always open the door for them, always pull out their chair for them at dinner, remember please and thank you, and tell them you love your mother... Women have been trained to watch for men that get along with their mothers beliving (rightfully so in many cases) that men will treat their wives as well (or as poorly) as they treat their mothers...

I'm 18 and I'm a female- I just wondered why some males had such screwed up minds.

I recently had a guy ask me out on a date simply because he viewed me as a challenge and thought he could get me into bed with him- needless to say, I didn't go.

I konw not all guys are like this because I've been with my current boyfriend, FFMCobalt, for two years and he isn't like that at all, he's very respectful.

Because they are, when you are 18

wait.. so you been with colbalt for 2 years but someone recently asked you out on a date, and you rejected because it was insulting, and NOT because you had a boyfriend???? hrmm.....

oh, also to answer your question, i dont' find them a challenge... i'm 22, so i'm not too far from jehh.. but i guess 18 year old boys would find virgins a challenge because somewhere in their demented minds, they think that all girls in highschool will give it up... so if there's still a virgin out there, they think she's gotta be a prude or holding back for something, and they just want to get at it... damn boys...

Oh, my bad... Didn't know you were female...

In any case, I really don't know the answer... I personally don't see the point in going after someone just because they are a virgin...

When I was 18, I'll admit I DID go after some girls simply to sleep with them, but I quickly figured out that was stupid and pointless... Sadly not all men figure that out so young, or even at all...

If you're still a virgin, that is fine, don't let anyone tell you otherwise... If you want to sleep with FFM, by all means don't let anyone tell you not to... Personally, I think WAY too many people butt into other people's lives telling them what to do... This is why "Survivor" has become so popular, people are eager to snoop into other lives... :(

As a side note, you also have to understand that at your age, most boys are not thinking clearly around attractive women... They are thinking with the wrong brain and it makes them say and do funny things... That DOES temper with age...

But you probably know all this already... :p

They see it as a challenge cuz many virgin girls are the type that want to hook up with the "perfect" guy. I guess this poses a challenge to many guys to try to get this girl.

eyecandy-- a lot of girls are the same way in that they will try to get a guy that they can't.

I think the virgin=challenge has to do w/males w/one another being competitive. For example, if I was able to bag a virgin that means I'd accomplished something that others had not. So, I'm superior to those guys that tried to get the virgin in the sack, but failed. Guy's can get competitive overly real dumb sh|t for no other reason than to say "Ha! I beat you." An example that comes to mind is last minute "bid wars" on E-bay. This other person and I were circling an item on ebay like freakin' hawks. The last minute of the auction we outbid each other 5 or 6 times and jacked the price from 'round $30 to over $70 (luckly I lost, 'cause no way in hell was it worth $70).

Long story short, it's just guys being dumb. It's a pissing contest.

I would have said no anyways.

I'm in college- but I'm sure it's pretty much the same thing. He's 19......dam boys is right! I don't have a lot of respect for most males.

Jason- thanks for the advice.

Yeah, I know- I don't get that either!

Lethal- some guys are too competitive for their own good!

<< You have beautiful hair. IMO you can't beat long, curly dark or red hair. >>

Thank you! It's actually shorter now and a little lighter, both from being in the sun more and from slight highlights. That pic was one of my senior pics, taken last November.

<< Just out of curiousity, what shampoo & conditioner do you use? Yer hair loox really healthy too... >>

I think back then I was just using Herbal essence Shampoo, no conditioner. Also, my hair probably looks healthier then a lot of curly haired people because I don't pile on the gel/mousse/hair spray- I only use enough to get rid of the frizz and make my curls a little bit more defined. Lately I've been using Pantene Pro-V Curls shampoo and conditioner and I like it a lot better...but now that I'm a poor college student, I'm probably going to have to just buy cheap stuff because I can't afford anything else!

<< Hey, you are eyecandy, nice...

Redheads are hot!

Awww, thanks! I got the nickname eyecandy from one of my guy friends- he always called me a piece of eyecandy and I just liked the sound of it. It's also in my email.

I've found that with redheads, most people either love them or hate them...I'm guessing you love them! :)

I'm not interested in, nor do I find virgins to be challenging. I'm a romantic and think virgins belong with that other virgin out there who will make them a perfect lifetime partner.

You are right, however, that men, and as somebody else mentioned sometimes women, and I would ammend that to 'sometimes' to 'typically' are also screwed up. In other words people are screwed up, and, of course, one of the big ways that manifests is sexually. The simple answer is that everybody feels inferior and sexual conquest is one of the diseases that is symptomatic of that underlying phenomenon. If I can have sex with her or him, I must be ok. But because the bandage soon looses its stickum, we have to go uot and get a new conquest, a new illusion of OKness. Virgins have the wonderful added benefit, that because they have nobody else to compare us to, the conquistador can, with them, mask the feeling of inferiority by having no fear of being compared to somebody better.

And remember that just because you ask a question doesn't mean you really want to come to grips with the answer.

Whoa, you're pretty intellectual (not to mention awake) for so early in the morning! I think I'll have to readd this one tomorrow, I'm not awake enough! :)

Thanks for your thoughts!

I can see why they gave you that nickname... :)

Yep, I really like redheads... They can be feisty, but I like that in my women... Nothing bores me more than some of the blond headed (not natural of course) women in Texas who have been raised to be subservent to their husbands and to be a good housewife...

Grr...

:D

Very, very true... Very insightful thought...

Is that a quote from somewhere, or something you thought of?

Never had one nor do I intend to have one. I think it's way too much of a responsibility and commitment on my part.

Also, I like someone who is experienced as well that knows what she is doing.

Guys try to bag as many virgins as they can for locker room bragging rights.

It's a quote from the musician/singer Michael W. Smith- I saw it a long time ago and thought it was awesome.

Yes, redheads are a little feisty, that's what makes us fun! :) I'm guessing FFMCobalt thinks that way, too, or I doubt he would have stuck around this long! :)
