A question for the resident bachelors...

I thought I was this super clean dude until I rented one of those steam vacuum thingies...holy crap, when I emptied that thing the water was BLACK!.

I clean pretty much everyday. At least something. I have 2 bathrooms and many guests and a messy ass kitten so I have to keep on it. I actually don't mind cleaning at all..as long as I have a beer close by.

I try to keep it clean here, but junk mail and clothes always overtake the floor and computer table. This thread reminds me, I should clean up around here.

Have what is needed and keep it reasonably clean and orderly. However, I love to cook, so sometimes the pans build up a little in the sink.......

I wish I could keep it cleaner then I do but mostly it is just dusting that I fall behind on. Dishes are done as I make them. Only used my dishwasher once and that was after cooking a big ass turkey dinner.

I do get carried away on cleaning supplies though.. Last time I check I had 7 different kinds of Bowl cleaners.. Mixed a few of them one time and almost choked on the fumes.

My sister in law came over and commented that the place could use a womans touch.. Whatever that means.

in my bachelor days i had all the cleaning stuff and the maid to use them.

hahaha, that's the exact same thing my ex did the first day at my place. well she actually made me clean half and she did the rest.
i keep the place decent now, and i've always have everything needed to keep it clean. problem is there are parties at my place at least a couple of times a month and/or just a few friends over a couple of times a week. this results in too much of a mess and i'm freaking lazy and don't wanna clean all the time. i'll do a nice cleaning before or right after i find a girlfriend again. till then, the boys don't mind and the party goers enjoy the place as it is.

What about making your bed? I get up every morning and make my bed. There's just something about a messy bed that I don't like. Then when you get in it at night, everything is all messed up and you can't get comfortable. :| I like it much more making it. (Although, there have been days when I haven't made it. )
