A question about using a 120v product with a 230v input

I have a boombox that I got in the states, till now I was using it on a converter but that broke recently and I decided to see if I could just put in a 230v transformer so I opened it up and this is the transformer. On the circuitboard it has this printed along with an arrow pointing here (The F902 refered to in the chart seems to be the fuse as you can see here)
What I want to know is whether just replacing the fuse will allow me to use a 230v input. the sony part number is: 143591721, I looked online and there is also a very similar part: 143591722, although it doesn't say it anywhere I'm pretty sure that the second one is the 230v version of the first one (on parts sites it says "US, CND, E, MX, TW" for the first one and the second one says nothing which leads me to believe that the first one is for 120v countries), if that's true, is it possible that the difference between the 2 is just the fuse?

Hi avi85,
I just ran into this old post because I have the same Sony with this transformer burned.
I need to replace the transformer (and at the same time I will change the primary to 220V), but I don´t know the secondary voltage.

Do you remember the output voltage of this 143591721?

Thanks / Cauer

The second part you mention #143591722 is not the 220V transformer
Per the link below part #143591721 has been superseded by part #143591722
and is the 120V primary side transformer. You would need the Sony Model #
of the boombox to try and look up a factory service manual. That will then list
the correct part # for the 220V transformer.
