I have a boombox that I got in the states, till now I was using it on a converter but that broke recently and I decided to see if I could just put in a 230v transformer so I opened it up and this is the transformer. On the circuitboard it has this printed along with an arrow pointing here (The F902 refered to in the chart seems to be the fuse as you can see here)
What I want to know is whether just replacing the fuse will allow me to use a 230v input. the sony part number is: 143591721, I looked online and there is also a very similar part: 143591722, although it doesn't say it anywhere I'm pretty sure that the second one is the 230v version of the first one (on parts sites it says "US, CND, E, MX, TW" for the first one and the second one says nothing which leads me to believe that the first one is for 120v countries), if that's true, is it possible that the difference between the 2 is just the fuse?
