I think it's you who went to visit one, and so you should just tell us what happened. This is twice you mentioned prostitute (the other time in the OP). Plus a friend wouldn't just tell you he had sex with a prostitute and is asking you for STD advice.

regardless...nothing is 100%... chances are you didn't catch anything even if that person was infected. Chances are you could have caught something too.

disease and figuring odds out is usually done by kids and those not getting out much.
