Napster? I thought this was 2005.

lol...no you cannot

*gets under the covers*

To do so you would have to decrypt or 'intercept the decomrpessed material in transit to the analog output,' which is something thatwe cannot discuss here..sorry🙁

Basically:

itunes: ipod
napster/msn music/walmart music/ yahoo music: any player that plays DRM wma

and the formats are restrictied to their respective players🙁

songs downloaded in napster probably have some lame DRM built into them, meaning you can't use them on certain devices or burn them to CDs and whatnot... i am really not an authority on this subject matter, but if all else fails, get her the ipod and buy her some songs from itunes. its a buck a song, but... they'll work on the ipod.

there are ways to do it, but it involves a lat of manual labor, generally. unless you can find a really good track splitter program.

edit: i'm really surprised haxors haven't done so

thx for the replies..........shame that that wouldnt work. got plenty of cds ive dled from napster that im sure she'd love to have on the ipod sucks that im gonna have to spend about $10 for each of those cds to get em on the ipod =/

Hackers have gotten a form of Linux on an Ipod, Im sure theres a way to get napster files onto an Ipod.

Anyways, just use ourtunes 😉. Works great at college, I got so many songs from other people on my Ipod. Hell everything on ourtunes is free, just the Ipod community sharing their music with others, as long as you have their IP.
