Hi everyone, for my Psychology lab, I need to be able to show items for short durations that last in the milliseconds. I checked into Powerpoint, and the shortest in-between time I can set for any object is 0.1 seconds (100 milliseconds) because if I enter a value smaller than 0.1 seconds, the program will round the transition time to either 0.1 seconds or 0 seconds.
I have found a program that will display items for down to one millisecond, and it is called "Self-help Subliminals," but is there some program I can use to create a certain file type that can run on any computer without requiring extra software? (the school may not let me install software on their computers). For example, something that could let me create gifs that can transition items as fast as one object per millisecond would be useful since gifs can be viewed with just a browser.
Another possibility I've thought of is if there is a modification to powerpoint to allow me to enter transition values of around 0.001 seconds without having it default back to 0 seconds.
