I recently installed a Linksys network card, and a little power-cord type cable came with it. One end plugs into the actual card, but what does the other end plug into? windows says the card doesnt work when it isnt plugged in.
 
grr... so why doesnt my lan card work then? the drivers are installed, but windows says something about it being installed but it doesnt work, or something like that.
ill go boot up the other computer and see what it says.
