It's bad enough when songs are attributed to the wrong groups, but when you get the artists' names correct, please spell them right.

Not that I really give a flip about Uncle Kracker, I went to search for music by "Cracker" and ended up with only results for "Uncle Cracker" (sic).

Anyhoo... How many songs do you think you have that have ID3 tags contributing the songs to the wrong artist?

Fat Boy Slim did NOT do that new version of Magic Carpet Ride.

They Might Be Giants never did a version of These Boots Are Made For Walking.

Kung Fu Fighting was NOT the BeeGees.

If they don't care enough about the song to even contribute it to the right artist or spell the artist name correctly (by the way.. It's LINKIN PARK), then why even have the song?

It's 'Rollin'' and not 'Rolling' or 'Roling'.
'Seeds of the Ancient Lands' (Old Man's Child) was NOT made by Dimmu Borgir.
I don't know how many songs are contributed to Nightwish and other bands, even though they never made those.

Neither did The Crystal Method, The Chemical Brothers or The Prodigy. Yes both groups really do have the word the in their names. The remake of Magic Carpet Ride was done by Philip Steir.

not to be a defender of wrong id3 titles or anything, it bugs the crap out of me as well, but alot of it was done originally to get around the napster censors, which is where alot of the wrong spellings i have came from.
