Yet is still condemmed terrorism.  Does it really matter if they mention each and every act of terrorism?  Did they also mention Isreal invading palestinian towns and occupying them, and decry that? I doubt it!
Point is, the resolution condemmed the violence in the region, condemmed terrorism in general, and it doesnt matter TWO SH!TS to anyone except the US (and the slightly more intelligent british, who abstained) if they mention each and every incident.  What does that add to the resolution that condemming terrorism in general doesnt cover?
