I had the day off,the weather was beautiful,I went out shopping,the Red Sox shut out those damn Yankee's,I BBQ'd and everybody ate it It doesn't get much better than that

I trained today. Was a good training session. Found out that I could do a chin with 81.4lbs put on me . Work at the takeaway was really busy but good for business. England won 2 - 1 against Macdoinia.

I'm happy anytime New York loses any games (any sport). It's going to be really, really nice day here. Like a 1 in 1000 day outside. I work from 6am-6pm though. I'll have time to goof off outside when I'm old.
