A New Univeral Internet Clock. (for text)

We should use
2100 instead of 9:00pm, like a digital universal internet clock.:clock:
0900 would be like 9:00 for a am example.

Used in a sentence:
I want to meet you at 0900 (9:00 am).
I want that email by 2100 (9:00 pm)( I.e. Military Time))

I've actually been using military time because I accidently switched my cheapie Armitron to 24 hour mode and can't figure out how to switch it back
