have filed a complaint, the first week i was here... they arn't doing a thing about it.
 
You guys don't even understand how bad this kid is. I stop over to steveos room and this kid is listening to either eminem or shakira, and not like the whole cd, just one song.

File one everyday.
I have called the police on my neighbors, the first couple of times its just turn it down and they leave, after a while the police get tired of me calling and VERY tired of coming out and wrote them a ticket.
Take a guess what, I never have a problem sleeping now.

So be the squeaky wheel, keep making complaints, they will do something real fast after the 3rd time in one week.

Meh. Quit whining, my roommate got a fruit/vegetable dehydrator and was drying out mushrooms in our room. The place fvcking reeked!
 
hmmm too late to probably do anything now as he has already called your bluff. I find acting homicidal from the start usually accomplishes a lot with the unnegotiatable. Simple things like "I am lucky I matured some, the last time someone ruined my markers I ended up on parole for 2 years...I am just glad they still can't walk right" and chuckle a bit....

His dad coming up is a bad thing....there is no way he is going to go against his son and it's going to be 2 against one.

Room mates suck in general, they only time that is good is if they are female.

 
Don't mind the pricks that have been here too long and all they can do in every post is say "grow up". All because they suffered they think you have to also.

Sounds liek one of my ex-roomates, although I'm sure not as bad. I feel your pain. 😛

well it's parents day... but i'm sure he is going to say something about what is going on... oh well, i am not one to take crap from anyone sooo... we'll see how it goes, i go home for the weekends anyway.

yea, i've noticed a few people in here that say things like that... they are probably the ones that have never had a roommate from hell.
 
get a lot of pictures of him and make a shrine in your closet... that might scare him.

if his dad does actually show up, make sure you have a friend/witness or two around. there's a good chance he takes after his dad. heh.
 
If he fvcks with your things again, no words, just beat the crap out of him. And keep doing that until he learns. As for his annoying habits, ignore them; that's life. If he acts like a pig, clean up the sh!t and dump it on his bed. Dorm life is what you make it and I sure wouldn't have some punk twit fvcking up my space and aggravating the hell out of me.
 
gee. this guy sounds like a real dick. I agree with some of the others that learning to be civil to those you dislike is part of life, but at the same time, putting up with the same old sh!t day after day gets really old . . .really fast. I'd try to have a talk with a third party since you two can;t seem to get anything resolved between the two of you. Don;t you have like an RA, or someone on the floor or in the building in charge that you could bring up your living issues with? Seriosly, get a ref to listen to both sides of your stories. Seriously, get a third party.
