Is there any possibility that AnandTech will adopt frame time benchmarking for GPU's and games ?
Tech Report's article about frame time benchmarking was published last September 2011. I'm wondering why most review sites still stick with using frame rates only
1) Because that is what they know. FPS chart over ingame benchmarks...hard to teach an old dog new tricks
2) It's not in the "reviewers guide". No facit sheet = tons of more work,
3) Neither AMD nor NVIDIA does like to talk about this bug. It puts their products in a bad light.
4) Some people still claim that microstuttering isn't real...so they advocate it would be a waste...because it's not "real".
5) Because we, the gamers, don't demand the information.
