Well, the reason the bathtub is dangerous is because of the drain as a ground. The current travels through the water to ground. Without a ground, I'm not sure the pool is as unsafe as you'd think at first. The short is going to be from terminal to terminal, with little travel through the water, I think.

I still won't be trying it, though.

WHAT? Dude...the pool is sitting on the ground!! Very short path...duh!
