I was in the hospital for about three days or so. I had a small bowel blockage that finally decided to leave. I was in horrible pain and throwing up and all that good stuff. They let me go home when they weren't doing anything at the hospital that I couldn't do for myself at home.

I probably won't have to go to Stanford now that we know what it was, which makes me a very happy woman. I've barely been online, but thank you for all the well-wishes. :)

Well that seems relatively simple compared to what it could have been. I am glad they figured out what was going on, and it's treatable. :)

Also confused. There were pictures of a dog in the original thread...what did the dog have to do with the story? Can somebody provide some cliffs to the whole thing?

BTW, get better soon. :)

Glad you're OK.

That Kombucha tea I mentioned would've taken care of that easily.

Oh good heavens! The dog was there simply because her name is Hazel!!!! :p

I haven't had a chance yet to try anyone's suggestions. I've barely gotten online. I shall, however, try what I can. Right now I'm just concerned with trying to keep eating and not keep losing weight. Grrrrr
