Bush better be careful or he'll be the next Nixon. And if there is any justice in this world he and several of his accomplices will wind up where they belong. In Abu Ghraib with former U.S. prisoners as their guards.

Which topic? The one where you simply copy and paste articles and 'I agree, I hate Bush" on them? Should I do it in this one, or one of the other 27 you started on the front page?

So, you don't mind that Iraq war justification is now out in the open as being based on lies? You defend that?

I did mind when it was first brought up. But now, it's all futile. Bush is in office, it's his last term. Dems need to get off their asses, stop focusing on Bush's idiotic reasons for going to Iraq, and start protecting the last thing we have going for us, the judiciary.

Do you actually think any of this will have an effect on the '06 Congressional election? That's the only thing that matters now.

dunno, pwned is pretty standard for me. don't see any numbers in there like "leetspeak"

This isn't something Bush will get impeached over. You have to have an affair for that.

I like the concession, that's my whole point. Dems need to be focused on the '06 race, and none of this matters to that race. At the same time, I'd like the truth to get out.

Excuse? No. I consider the tragedy a reality, and I am focused on the future, not the past, as you should be.

I, too, am focused on the future. In my future I see war criminals being held accountable for their actions. In your world, I guess ALL crime should be forgiven and the victims should just "move on", eh?

What does this finding have to do with war criminals? Do you think Bush will be held accountable for this? It's a complete waste of political capital to go investigate Bush again. You are focused on the past, and you're in an alternate reality, much like Bush is.

We are not talking about my world or your world. We are talking about the U.S. political world.

He needs to be drug out in front of a jeering mob who has put up with his bullsh1t these years and thrown in gitmo, except he deserves a trial unlike what the sick bastards who ran this administration did to the current inmates.

A new nuremburg trial, douse him in oil (except his face so people know exactly who he is) cover him in his blood money then give him a m-16 and send em to iraq to clean up the mess he made, once the troops are home safely of course! run bushie run! see that redneck carpetbagger gogogo!

(in all fairness make sure to do the same thing to hussein -but tie their legs together so they have to do the 3 legged shuffle)

on second thought drop off saddam and rummy in karbala same deal, with empty nerve gas canisters tied to their backs, paybacks a b1tch.

Investigate him *again*? WTF? In order for it to be "again" there has to have first been a prior investigation.

But, I see you're falling into the apologist mold.

yes AGAIN. Kerry invested political capital during the election to expose Bush's lies. Unfortunately, this information wasn't available then. Deal with it.

It's time to come back to reality, and see what needs to be done instead of living in the past and working with futile aims.

Far be it from me to disagree with any posted here or on the daily kos site, but you do realise that the whole of the Downing Street minutes are all based on the opinions and perceptions of one man, obtained from one short meeting? I am not even arguing the point that they are wrong, rather that there is nothing remotely close to a smoking gun.

Not alone but all these professional opinions and documents put together is more then enough of a damning case for immediate impeachment for negligence and incompetence much less the corruption and manipulation of the american people.

And they are minutes that Blair and the British gov't accept? Or has that part sailed over your head?
