To the OP: dude, you aren't very good at life, are you? First off, if writing a letter to a business, learn how to spell and how to use proper grammar. Plus, leave out your sarcastic overtones, you dolt. I discounted your entire letter automatically when I read "to put it bluntly, a piece of crap".
