I love how people still think farmers are some sort of salt of the earth types, not recognizing them for who they are today: semi- to fully educated business people who are operating farms for profit.

Even simpler

I have been saying this now for how long. A bigot is a person who is superior to someone else because he or she, like everyone else, knows there is a good, but additionally imagines that he or she actually knows what that good is despite the fact that anybody brought up in a religion is supposed to accept that only God knows what the real good is and that we humans are not supposed to judge. This is because every person who believes him or herself to represent that absolute truth makes a claim as a Divine Being, the ultimate sin.

and you mock us by calling us apes hooting at each other.

it would seem that self hate exists in you, and by your logic, you are making the world sicker all on your own.

By your own logic, your just another ape hooting in self hatred.
Dear me. I gave you a description of yourself describing the primate origin of the phenomenon. As far as I am concerned humans are apes and I am human. That means I am an ape too. What is your problem? Clearly you have trouble facing reality if you think that if some ape points out you are one too. Stop hating yourself for being an ape and feeling that self hate being project on you from a happily ape fellow poster. The negative connotations you associate with the horrors of being an ape are all in your head. Go climb a tree with a blanket and put it over hour head. Have a banana. Be happy.
your narcissistic delusion here is that you somehow think your being honest with your self. That you feel your some how different.

Read your own post:

Your just another insecure ape, full of self hate, instinctively flinging shit at those around it. You think the fact your doing it to our faces somehow makes you different. But the truth is you have flung so much shit your mirror is covered in it and you no longer can see your self at all.
I can see a difference. I know I am an ape and exhibit ape behavior and am fine with that truth whereas for you the truth makes you feel dirty.

For me being a Siamang is a gibbon.

While I feel bad and sad for some of these people, there is a much bigger picture at play here - we have long passed the point where they are not only their own worst enemies, but they are my worst enemies too.

These are all Nazis at this point, just waiting for their version of a great leader to get power, and that is Trump. Anyone interested in voting for him again is my enemy.
You are still your own worst enemy. You are doing just what they do, blame someone else for their own misery. They are as they are out of ignorance because nowhere around them can the light penetrate. Ignorance walls us in.

And what is true of you is true of them. They will always be their own worst enemies. Pity them for that. Nothing you can ever do will compare to what they do to themselves.

Excuse me?
I WILL blame Republicans for attacking social services, pinning them down to minimum expenditures, throwing out as many people as they can, and lauding some mythical bootstraps that we're supposed to use, all so they can realize extra profit for this quarter, before they ratchet down the pressure on workers for NEXT quarter's extra profit.

I WILL blame Republicans for selling us a complete and utter lie, that each man is an island and owes nothing to no one else. As if society is supposed to be a broken dog-eat-dog competition in seeing who can shiv the other person best.

I want something better than that. But when they gain power, not only does their policy harm their voters, it actively harms all of us. Just like @MrSquished said.

You are a long lost cause Moonbeam. Your type of thinking is the reason for so much oppression of innocent people in this world's history.

The world is full of real misery. It is also full of mental anguish that is the product of thought and imagination, suffering we create out of thin air. All of the oppression of innocent people by others is due to the fact that those others are mentally ill, existing in a state of misery of their own making.

For the real misery of the world the most healthy among us strive to alleviate it wherever they can while the sick out of their self pity would prefer to remain miserable themselves rather that see anyone else benefit. This is the nature of the will to overcome the negatives within or to feed them. The sick among up do most of the damage and are in the most in need of help. Contempt for others feeds the worst within us.

You are confusing being blameworthy with being at cause. Republicans are actively engaged in all sorts of destructive behaviors. They do this because they are asleep to the reality of what drives them to do this. They do not want to know they do this nor do they want to know they don't want to know. Where is the blame for this. There is no one to blame, but there are reasons why they are as they are. They were taught to hate themselves and are bent of revenge at an unconscious level.

You are aware that blaming people for things for which they are not responsible is considered to be a sin so you want to blame and hang on to the presumption of innocence. I am pointing that out, to your chagrin. Don't take it so hard. You are not to blame for this behavior.

A variety of cognitive research on chimpanzees places their estimated IQ between 20 and 25, around the average for a human toddler whose brain is still developing the ability to use various cognitive abilities.
Well, I guess that answers that question.

and in truth, toddlers do not seem to understand the difference between right and wrong, good and evil. Which is what makes most adult humans different from apes.

Although, it does seem there are exceptions.

Know that if I ever found myself in a situation where your life was under immediate threat by some Nazi and I but one option to save your life by shooting said Nazi, it would be you who lives.

You don't have to be blameworthy to be shot. You just have to be in the presence of someone who can stop you if you pose an imminent threat. And the only requirement is action. To require some sort of mad killing rage to precede the action would be insane. You just act and that's the end of it. To act out has consequences in the presence of someone who can deliver them.

This is why I find all of your jumping up and down to be a waste of time. The only effort required is that to overcome the trigger weight.

It’s not IQ that causes people to stone other people. It goes back to throwing sticks from trees.
