A long shot, but I need help finding a song...

Ok, I don't have much description of it, but it's in some commercials lately (none of which I can think of)

in the background is a piano playing pretty fast, and the singer is like woooo woooooooooooooo (guy)

I know it's a shot in the dark, but it sounds like it'd be a really cool song to have.

 

Oh, it's that song...that one where the guy is like, "Woo woo."

Sorry, I need SOME useful information if you want me to find the song. At least give me the commercial product.
