I have always had my Windows task bar at the top of the screen, but it drove me nuts that whenever I moved the mouse up to select a tab on my browser, I'd miss, go over the task bar, and those stupid preview popups would appear. Then I'd have to wait several seconds until they went away before I could do anything.
This page showed me how to stop it. Wonderful!
Of course most of you probably have your task bar at the bottom, but this could be handy even there.
