Hey guys, I was just wondering if you could point me in the right direction.

I need to fill out my father's income taxes for the 2007 and 2008 year. He doesnt like doing them but I need them done for college aid.

He owned his own business in both years and made under $30,000 per year. What forms would I be looking at to fill out?

lol, no.

He's just one of those people who dont believe in the Income tax, lol

Anyway would I just use a 1040ez or something like a 1099? Thos are really the only 2 tax forms that I know of.

you can't file 1040ez if you're self-employed

That site you linked to had this

Who is Self-Employed?
If you are in business for yourself, or carry on a trade or business as a sole proprietor or an independent contractor, you generally would consider yourself self-employed and you would file Schedule C or Schedule C-EZ with your Form 1040. Not sure if you are self-employed or an employee? Refer to Independent Contractors vs. Employees.

So would this be it?

Once he goes to jail for tax evasion, you should qualify for financial aid and, depending on your state, maybe even reduced tuition.
