a little help with our cgi bin, please!!

if some one could go their and click on the catalog link
it loads up a cgi page, now see the email link, its supposed to point somplace else, and this site was set up before i got here, what how do i change that, found 2 htmls that look like that, but i chnged them and saved the files, but still the email link is wrong, any one know websites?

also you might notice the catalog front page is bland, there is supposed to be a background, stupid thing won't point to the background right

i dont understand...its just a cgi script, so whats so hard about changing the link??

save it as txt, search for the text next to it. change it. think you tried this already. make sure upoading in ascii??

also the image is broken

we both are totalyy not knowing how it works, and where the base html is being pulled from, trying to fix the image link, , also what proggy would edit a cgi or ssi file?

bring up your cgi or ssi file in notepad or winword. you should be able to edit them there.
