I need help making the bolded part sound correct.

I hereby fully release XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and any and all of its employees, directors, agents, successors and assigns, and all contributing parties or sources from whom any information is lawfully obtained, from any and all claims or liability which is in any way related to this or any subsequent furnishing and/or receiving of this information.

I think it's more a case of good legal drafting than good grammar... the two usually don't go hand in hand!

That said, it might sound slightly better if it was worded as...

...which is in any way related to this or any subsequent disclosure and/or receipt of this information.

But I don't know if that changes the meaning of what you are trying to say.
