ARGH!!!! 13 is driving me crazy. I've been at it for like 45 minutes and I just can't seem to get it. I had a little trouble on 11, but that took maybe 5 minutes, not 45+. Rawr!

No, I'm not kidding. It seems to me that the blocks only move in one plane. How can I get the blue block to move out when it's not even on the same plane?
