Vegetarians are a result of Buddhist influence. Cows are sacred to hindus (that is why we dont eat them). So not all of us are vegetarians.

Palak Paneer is spinach with cottage cheese cubes... mmmmm good. My old roommate used to love that stuff (well he thought he did until he finally tried it 😀 ). I think he just liked saying the name in an "Apu" style voice.
