It doesn't matter what I make because if she has any sense, she's going to Ponyo's house....and you want to impress her by cooking something awesome; your master recipe. You pull out all the stops and source the best stuff, this dish isn't just food, it's you.
What will you prepare?
Date raisin cookies. Take any oatmeal raisin cookie recipe and add some dates along with a few white chocolate chips. Freeze the dough, then scoop out a chunk in a dessert dish, microwave it for about 45 seconds or until it's just gooey in the center, and add a scoop of French vanilla ice cream. If she doesn't like that slip her a roofie and Cosby her sweet ass.
2%? Go whole milk or go home
Dude, do you even stance of dominance? If you have one answer to this question you are wrong. Your decision should be made based on who the women is and what she likes. Different things will impress different people and you should make your selection based on what will impress them the most. Are they and adventurous eater, do they shy away from spicy food, do they have an allergies or dietary restrictions? I can make my favorite or most technical dish but if it's not something that appeals to them then it is the wrong choice.
dates NO!
I grew up on 2% and sometimes 1%. They were out of both one day (later in life, as an adult) & I got whole milk instead. I tasted like MILK! Full body, too. I then questioned my entire milk-drinking existence. Haven't bought anything other than whole since!

The amount of recipies in this thread is frightfully low.
Go to a NICE restaurant... like sort of place that is $50 for a main course. And order a milk to drink...
