A-holes that passes on the right

Coming to work this morning I was stopped at a red light with me being the first car on the right lane. As the light turns green I accelerated off and out of no where this Tahoe or something of the sort comes flying by me on the right shoulder barely missing me. Of course there were cars parked on the side of the street coming up and he had to gun it some more to get through. I could tell he was determined to get through even if it means hitting me so I braked and the fvcker barely nudged through at the last minute. He goes speeding off and makes a right 2 streets down before I could let him know what's on my mind.

If I ever get hit by some a-hole doing this, I will surely sue their a$$ for all they are worth.

how about this

GET THE HELL OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD IF YOU AREN'T PASSING! :|

edit: oh wait... he passed on the shoulder? dude, that has nothing to do with "passing on the right." that's just stupid... "passing on the right" only happens when YOU are screwing up....

umm, this happens all the time on the streets of NY. Always keep an eye on your mirrors. You can't control everyone.

I never let people pass on the right. I accelerate so they get stuck behind the traffic on the right that is slower moving

Apparently you can't read  He clearly said he was the first car in the right lane and that the truck went to the shoulder.

apparantly the OP needs to work on his title... this guy didn't "pass him on the right" - he passed him on the SHOULDER... two completley different issues

I guess reading comprehension isn't a strength of yours.

No, same thing. Passing on the right shoulder is PASSING ON THE RIGHT.

this penom is common in the boston area (even on streets that are only 1 lane in each direction). I generally pay attention for this and do all that I can to ensure that these people either don't pass me or crash into some parked cars.

No, same thing. Passing on the right shoulder is PASSING ON THE RIGHT.

most people will assume passing on the right means passing someone while both cars are actually in lanes - not one car riding on the shoulder illegally to begin with.

It would be his fault no matter what. As far as I know he rode the shoulder to pass me and all the cars behind me, not to mention going through the intersection on the shoulder.

I had some dickbag try that with me one morning so I out accelerated him and made him jam the brakes and move in behind me. He got all pissed off and started flipping me off and making like he was going to get out of his car at the next light.

Fvck you asshole!!! You're the dick breaking the law not me! Right turn lane is for turning right, not cutting in front of a line of cars...asswipe.

I would consider this a case of "A-holes that pass on the right... SHOULDER!"

while I agree they are dicks, what's the point of putting a pissed off driver behind you ? What did you actually accomplish ? You weren't a target until then. Just let them go and you will have less stress on yourself. They are challenging themselves and if they fail, they will only continue to do it more. You mean nothing to them 3 seconds after you are out of their sight. You've won nothing. They've learned nothing except you're being a dick to them too.
